Living on the Estate
Residential properties on the estate were originally built to house Estate workers.
These houses have now become character filled homes within the safety of the Estate gates. Most of our properties are let on Assured periodic tenancies for long-term lets.
Our Properties
The properties include bungalows, semi-detached cottages, and detached houses. They are let unfurnished (without white goods), with between two and five bedrooms and with gardens ranging from small, enclosed cottage gardens to large lawns with views of open countryside.
The properties within the core estate benefit from the electronic gated entrance leading to an attractive coach drive, and the big skies and open vistas of our hilltop location.
Residents benefit from free access to the Walled Garden and many estate events as well as being part of a vibrant rural community. The Estate manages all lettings in house as well as having an in house property maintenance team to resolve any issues, contributing to a relaxed letting experience.
