Set within the historic Walled Garden on the Luton Hoo Estate, The Conservatory offers a setting that feels quietly removed from the outside world, surrounded by six acres of beautifully maintained gardens, yet just 25 miles from London.
It’s that balance that makes it special. Easy to reach, but once you’re here, it feels like you’ve stepped away from everything else.
Events here don’t feel rushed or restricted
They unfold
Guests gather on the terrace with a drink in hand. Conversations spill out into the gardens. The atmosphere builds naturally as the day moves forward and the space begins to transform.
From outdoor moments in the garden to the energy of the evening inside, everything connects seamlessly, with a dedicated stage and dance floor ready for whatever the event becomes.
Inside, the Conservatory is light-filled and open, designed to be shaped around your plans.
Nothing is fixed. Nothing is forced
Whether you’re hosting an elegant wedding, a large-scale celebration or a corporate event, the space adapts, giving you the freedom to create something that feels considered, personal and entirely your own.
Behind it all is a team who understand how much these moments matter.
Experienced, calm and genuinely invested, they’re there to guide and support from the early stages of planning through to the final moments of your event. On the day itself, your dedicated venue manager ensures everything runs smoothly, so you can focus on enjoying it.
And while the setting feels tucked away, it’s designed to be effortless for your guests – with easy access and ample free parking on-site.

Did you know?
The Walled Garden at Luton Hoo Estate was designed by Capability Brown in the late 1760’s, over two hundred and sixty years ago. The Garden has changed and evolved under successive owners to match the fashion of horticulture in the 19th and 20th centuries, and each family has left their mark on the garden’s diverse story.
In 2001, a project began that placed the garden at its heart and now, just over 24 years later the work at the Walled Garden Project is largely carried out by an enthusiastic team of volunteer gardeners, researchers and historians who work alongside a restoration and conservation team, and a vibrant education team – All dedicated volunteers working towards a bright future whilst continuing to reveal a rich history.
Every booking at the Conservatory contributes to the continued work of the Walled Garden Project, allowing us to introduce this much-loved space to an ever-increasing audience.
